Question 1 Do you charge a call out fee?
No! Unlike many other companies, we charge no call out fee. This means if you want us to look at something which can't be explained over the telephone, we will come and look at the job free of charge. It is all part of the Newcastle Handyman Property service. You are under no obligation to go through with the job once we estimate how long it will take us.
Question 2 How quickly can you come out?
It really depends on the day, but usually we will book you in within the next few days at a time convenient to yourself. If we have a free handyman, we can come out to you immediately. If it is an emergency ie. Burst pipe or leak we will endeavor to sort it out immediately.
Question 3 What are your normal working hours?
Our usual working hours are 9am-6pm weekdays. We can always work outside these hours and on weekends but do charge a premium for this please see

Question 4 Can you help me with any larger jobs?
Yes, we can. Most of the jobs we do are small one hour jobs, but we are always willing to work on any size job. For these larger jobs we can quote a price to finish the job, rather than an hourly rate which will make it cheaper for you.
Question 5 Do your handymen bring their own tools?
Yes. Our handymen come to you fully equipped with all tools to tackle the job at hand.
