Pricing
Newcastle Handyman Property Services charges £28 for the first hour and £18 for every hour for all handyman services. We don't charge a call out fee.
After 6pm and on weekends, the rate changes to £38 for the first hour and £28 for every hour thereafter.
If you have a lot of work for us to do, it may be more cost effective for you to hire one of our handymen for the day. The price for an eight hour weekday is £130, and £180 on weekends.
For larger jobs, we will quote a fixed price to complete the service. Priced jobs can include kitchen fitting, bathroom installations, tiling, and other installations which would require our services for longer than a day.
Please note that these prices do not include materials. If you require us to source materials for the job, we are happy to do this for you. We guarantee that we will purchase the best quality products available at the price you require.
